HZS90 concrete mixing plant equipment can be equipped with JS double axle forced type concrete mixer or imported concrete mixing machine, the nominal capacity is 1500L; batching capacity of batching machine is 1600L, the maximum productivity of screw conveyor is 80t/h, the maximum aggregate diameter is 80mm; cement weighing range and accuracy is (0 ~ 900) + 1%kg, additive weighing range and precision is (0 ~ 50) + 1%kg, weighing range and precision is 0 * 5000 + 2%, unloading height is 3.8 meters, and can change the appropriate height of discharge conveyor to meet demand. Standard reference weight is 97 x 103kg, need a solid base stable mixing station.

The composition of HZS90 concrete mixing station is a conveyor belt, cement silo | cement tank, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, dual axial mixing console, intelligent computer control room and metering system and other components.
